On October 11, 2025, our Annual Wine Club Appreciation Event brought together friends, family, and neighbors for a day filled with sunshine, laughter, and unforgettable memories. With clear skies and a gentle autumn breeze, the vineyard provided the perfect setting to celebrate the season and our amazing Wine Club members.

Guests enjoyed Carmelo’s signature wines—Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir, and Syrah—paired with artisanal cheeses and tastings of our estate olive oil, which was such a hit that many guests left with bottles by the case! Don’t worry—our next olive harvest is just a few months away, and we’ll be keeping the shelves stocked.

One of the highlights of the afternoon was our aroma and flavor guessing game, where guests tested their senses to identify the characteristics in each wine. A few proved to have truly expert palates, nailing nearly every aroma and flavor note!

The vineyard came alive with melodic country-folk tunes from a live band, while owner Tom Albanese fired up the grill and treated everyone to delicious elk and bison sausages—a perfect pairing with the day’s pours.

This year’s celebration also carried special meaning, as we honored wine manager Frank Melicia’s birthday and Maureen Albanese’s heavenly birthday, making the day even more heartfelt and memorable.

It was truly a magical afternoon—one that captured everything we love about wine, community, and connection. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out and made it such a joyful occasion.
