Nestled in Rancho Carmelo, our historic property dates back more than 100 years as California’s first dude ranch, where traditions of roping, riding, and fishing in the Carmel River first began. Today, that same storied setting provides a timeless backdrop for couples looking to celebrate their wedding in a truly memorable way.
Our unique venue features a charming vineyard gazebo for rehearsals and wedding ceremonies, with seating for up to 120 guests set among our Pinot Noir and Syrah vines. It is a picturesque and intimate space where nature, elegance, and vineyard charm come together.
A Special Place to Prepare
We also offer our spacious 2,000-square-foot Vineyard House for the bridal party to relax and prepare for the big day. It is the perfect place to get ready, share special moments, and enjoy the excitement leading up to your ceremony.
A Grand Vineyard Entrance
Once everyone is ready, the bridal party will be transported to the gazebo in unforgettable fashion aboard our authentic, fully restored 1975 John Deere tractor and buckboard trailer. It is a true vineyard experience and a signature detail that makes weddings at Carmelo Vineyards so unique.
Champagne Reception in the Barrel Room
Our barrel room is also available for a champagne reception, offering a warm and inviting space to welcome your guests with a chilled glass of bubbly upon arrival. It is a beautiful way to begin your celebration and create an elevated wine country experience.
